One of the nicer state parks. We always try to stop here. They did suffer a lot of storm damage from the Dec 3rd wind storms. Lots of trees and branches down, but clean up well under way.

Nice location on the water. To much local traffic coming into the park to view the ocean. They park right in front of the RV and block access as they sight see through the drive. I would hate to be there in the summer when the local crowds flock in to enjoy the beach in front of the RV's.

Worst RV Park we ever stayed at. Upon entry there are several junked double wide trailers across from the office. There is an RV Storage Lot at the entry which looks like junked RV's. There is an RV Sales Lot across from the office with what looks like a junked old GMC for sale. They advertise WiFi- we had no access. They advertise level sites - We ran out of blocks attempting to level site 94. They advertise Cable TV- 12 channels that were flipping in and out every 15 seconds. Construction material, equipment and vehicles parked all over the park. Turtle Rock RV Park made our Christmas Holiday a nightmare. I took a number of photos to back up my comments. I'll email to anyone interested. I also sent copies to the owners in the hope they would repair their trailer park dump. These people should be ashamed to use what seems to be false advertising based on our experience. By the way this was our second visit. We stayed at site 93 Christmas of 2005 and it looked very much the same but on that visit Management told us it would all cleaned up. We trusted them.

Great - If you travel through the Oregon Coast don't miss this Resort. Spotless and well groomed. We were in site 54 with an ocean view and the ocean lapping at the rocks about 30 feet behind our site. What a great experience after the nightmare visit to Turtle Rock RV in Gold Beach Oregon

Great Location - Close to Gig Harbor town and shopping. Converted old KOA Park. No improvements- Dark and dingy. Dirt pads. Since they are the only RV location in Gig Harbor they don't have to do anything except exist. I think from the attitude of the staff they are holdovers from the KOA sale several years ago. They match the look of the place. We won't return.
